Countersinks (Micro-Stop)

Countersinks: Available in HSS or combination HSS/Carbide designs.

PCD countersinks are extremely resistant to abrasive materials and well suited for CFRP & Kevlar applications. A specially designed "edge-prep" has been designed to strengthen the edge and provide excellent surface finish without tearing of the fibers.

Carbide, High Grade Cobalt & HSS countersinks are configured with precisely ground flutes, diameters and seating surfaces. Single and multi-flute designs are available in standard and custom sizes.
